ArkiWay
Arkitech has more than 20 years' experience with transport logistics, and in the last 2 years we have developed the next generation Transport Management System for Eimskip Norway.
We are now developing a system called ArkiWay. This is a solution similar to the system developed for Eimskip and which will be ready for commercial use during the first quarter of 2024. Our long-term goal is to make ArkiWay a standardized system that requires minimal adaptations for customers. To ensure that the system is of the highest quality and satisfies the customers' needs, we are now actively looking for more pilot customers.
As a pilot customer of ArkiWay, you will have a unique opportunity to influence the system's functionality and development plan, so that the system can support your specific processes and needs. This will help to make operations more efficient for your company.
In the first version of ArkiWay, our main focus has been functionality for boat transporters, and especially with regard to sales, orders, logistics planning and operations. We have also included functionality to handle external carriers, but here operation will not be prioritized now.
One system.
With ArkiWay, one can combine logistics services to tailor solutions as the customer desires. This can be a simple transport from point A to point B, or a complex transport involving various modes of transportation, carriers, interim storage, and/or documentation.

Logistics Flexibility.
ArkiWay allows for highly dynamic planning and execution of transport.
The sailing schedule (trip) can be changed for an ongoing trip
Transports can be added/changed/removed for an ongoing trip
Cargo can be split across multiple transports (new/existing) after the transport has started
The shipper can be changed after the transport has begun
New transport can be added by the vessel as needed
Additional cargo for transport can be registered upon loading
Similar functionality is planned for truck transport.
Loading system.
Traditionally, loading systems for transport logistics have used industrial terminals of various kinds. These are costly terminals, both in purchase and operation; they are not user-friendly and often require specialists to install new versions.
For ArkiWay, we have developed an app that runs on a standard tablet or smartphone, resulting in low investment, operating, and training costs.
Control of cargo in/out of transport vehicle using a scanner or manually
Registration of damages, including photos and videos
Registration of deviations
Electronic signing of consignment notes or equivalent
Works without internet connection*
*Automatically synchronizes data to/from ArkiWay as soon as there is internet connection
